Lamb Chops Dinner

My secret to foodgasm lamb chops is marinating them for one hour in a mint marinade & then serving with a homemade mint sauce.
Mint Marinade
- 2 cups of finely chopped mint (not the spearmint kind)
- half a cup of Worcester sauce
- one quarter of a cup of soy sauce
- one quarter of a cup of honey
- one table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
- a teaspoon of cracked black pepper
- half of a teaspoon of cracked sea salt
Blend in the blender. Place lamp chops in a large ziplock with the marinade & massage the marinade into the lamb.
Mint Sauce
- 2 cups of finely chopped mint
- one quarter of a cup of honey
- one quarter of a cup of Vermont maple syrup
stir together -- YUM !!
These lamb chops are even more delish with roast potatoes and grilled baby broccoli.
